Mystery Shopping in India

Hi,

I am a new member and was wondering if any of you know of good Mystery Shopping organizations in India.

I have been a Mystery shopper with Bare International in India for the last many years and also joined Onion Insights some time back. Bare pays within 2 months but with Onion it could be longer.

Also, are there any premium Mystery Shopping firms targeting India? I have got bored of doing retail joints for peanuts. smiling smiley

Welcome to the forum, Krish!

Most of us are shoppers in the US and Canada so we really have no way of knowing who is offering work in other parts of the world. As a first possible resource for you, I would suggest you check the MSPA global website. The MSPA is a trade organization of the companies that put together the shops. [www.mspa-global.org] is their page for their worldwide shops and you may get some leads there by checking the various companies that shop Asia.

A second possible resource might be to google for a shopper forum in India. This might more directly link you with shoppers in your area sharing information.

Hi Krish,

Use Google to search for this text: site:www.sassieshop.com SHOPPER SIGN UP FORM

You'll get some 250+ results. Most on the first page will not be of much use for you, being almost exclusively North American. By the second page, however, the results become more international. I found several in India. Not being in India, I did not sign up with them and cannot remember their names.

(How can you tell what country they operate in? Begin the sign-up process. Second question they will ask will be what country you are in.)

Google can also search blogs, and people sometimes mention things they shouldn't in blogs. Pick a few high-profile targets and try Googling things like: "(Exclusive high-income retailer) New Delhi Mystery Shop" and so forth.

But remember, often the better the pay, the more work required.

Hi Flash & Dagosto,

Thank you for your responses. Nice of you to take the time and effort to respond to a query that does not directly relate to your geographical area.

Will do as suggested.

Regards!
