What the....!!!

I have a shop that's due 11/07 and I planned to do it today, 11/06. I just looked at my email and there's a breathless email from the scheduler that my shop is past due and if I don't answer the email, I will be deactivated. Have any of you experienced this? I like reminder emails to keep me on track but I don't appreciate being threatened when I've clearly done nothing wrong. I answered and I'm going to do the shop but decided to not deal with this MSC again.

^ that. There really could be any number of reasons you got the bum's rush including a little mistaken identity or the scheduler reading the due date wrong. On Tuesday I received a harsher than usual "reminder" about a shop with the on site due Wednesday and the report due today. It was also a bonus shop so I'm just assuming it is a holdover from October and the scheduler was stressed out.

Thanks. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention the MSC. I guess I should remember that they are human and can make mistakes. I'm leaving now to do the shop. BTW Lisa, I like your postscript smiling smiley
Sure you can mention the company. Someone familiar with them may be able to provide more guidance.

The company is RBG - Reality Based Reports. I just got another email from the scheduler, he said there was a glitch with the blast email. So the email wasn't personal. I'm ok now, I did the shop and it went better than I expected. It's really hard to keep all the instructions in my head and listen/see all the details. It's going to take practice - it was only my second shop.
File that under stuff happens. We are all human and all at the mercy of computers and software.

I got the same email you did (and the same follow up later in the day). I KNEW there was no way I had forgoteen to do a shop!
