Is this normal?!!?

If any of you happened to see my introduction a few days ago, you'll know that I am brand new at this. Although I am still reading and researching, I actually DO finally have my first shop scheduled for tomorrow :-)

I know I am far, far away from having the expertise to do long and complicated evaluations but I read a description for a casino shop (which I hope to be able to do some day) and it said you CANNOT keep any money that you might win. Is that the norm for casino shops? If so, that's one shop I'll never be able to do. I love penny slot machines and visit a local casino at least once a month so I know all too well how hard it is to win... the last thing I would ever want to have to do is give my winnings back!

Some do some don't.

But I think if I won a pile of money on a shop I would go use the computer in the lobby to reschedule the shop for another day......

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Most MSCs will not reimburse you for any gambling. No reimbursement means no reason for you not to keep any winnings. One or two that do reimburse then expect winnings to be turned over. It really makes sense. Why would the client want to reimburse you for beating them?

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

if you can't reschedule a casino and you won big....just flake and don't do the report!
I have casino shops in WA state (Seattle and TriCities) that reimburse up to $40 for gambling money, some for pull tabs and some for dining. You keep anything you win. I heard we once had a shopper win about $20K. smiling smiley I guess it just depends.
