I have done all three plus merchandising and it is very hard to say which payed the most because it would depend on how I measured the pay. Per project my demo payed $100 for the project. I have a merchandising gig that pays $13 per hour plus some travel. I have made as much as $75 for a simple home improvement mystery shop but it was a long drive from my house. I've also made that amount on a gas station audit. I really like to mix all of the different types of possibilities together so I'm never bored. I will say that my demo was long and boring so I'm not sure if I will take on that type of job again. Hope this helps.
I mostly do mystery shops but do a few revealed audits. I prefer the revealed audits as going through a check list is so much easier than remembering details. The reports are very easy. However , they take more time on the site.
And there aren;t many available where I llive.
Really, I have to try everything available to me a couple of times to decide if I like it and it it's worth it.
An example, there are so many people on here who Hate the Bed Bath and Beyond shops but I quite enjoy them. Doing one this week. grinning smiley
