I failed the [client name deleted] test for Maritcx. Now what do I do?

I am unable to send my invoice until I passed the test. I have called into the customer service line, but I have not heard anything back. Any suggestions?

Can this be deleted? I figured out my mistake. Still failed a test, but not the one that is pending on the previous shop.

The rule of thumb I follow is if I fail it the first time around I call them and answer the questions with one of the schedulers, I don't want to risk the three-strikes-you're-out situation with them.

I take it twice and then call them to go over the answers with the scheduler. As Cettie said you don't want to fail it three times.
