What to expect on a casino shop?

Hello,
I'm a new mystery shopper who's done a few phone and fast food shops. I'm thinking about doing a casino shop and wanted to know what to expect. I have been to a casino before but only played a few tables, for example blackjack.

Thank you

Welcome,

That is a big step my friend. My advice would expand to restaurants or assignments that are gradually harder. In my opinion there is a huge gap between phone shops and Casino shops. But who knows, you might be a natural. Good Luck
Generally speaking casino shops involve not only playing table games and/or slots but evaluating the casino at a variety of locations. These might be the valet/parking area, cashier, food outlet(s), security, entertainment area(s), restrooms and the like. Expect the shops to take some time (hours) onsite and require significant narratives to report the observations.

From phone shops to casinos is definitely a big step.

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut
Has anyone here done the casino shops scheduled by KSS? The pay is comparatively very small and I am wondering if the report is, too.
Thanks for the responses. I have decided to hold off for a bit on the casino shop but will let you all know how it goes when I decide to do one smiling smiley
