Hi newbie here

Hello everyone!
I'm new and nervous not sure how to get started as far as asking the ?s and keeping them on the line for 6 min. I used to see a sample script somewhere. Any sample scripts would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, welcome to the forum. Are you asking us about a particular shop that you have signed up with? If so, you need to be more specific. This is an online forum of mystery shoppers who discuss multiple mystery shopping companies and opportunities. There are hundreds of mystery shopping companies. The forum is not managed by a mystery shopping company, and we do not have access to your records and do not know which companies you are signed up with and which assignments you have accepted.

From your brief comment, I am guessing you are asking about a telephone shop, but there are a lot of different companies doing many different scenarios of telephone shop right now. They all have different time frames and different requirements, so it would be hard to help you with a sample script.

Ok Thanks for your quick reply! I don't have any imagination so I was hoping for maybe some sample ?s. I actually still have to do the test calls

Have you checked to see if the shop guidelines have a sample script or suggested questions? Or you might check with the scheduler. It would be hard suggesting sample questions to you not knowing if these are shops about restaurants, car service, funeral arrangements, cell phone service, or any number of other telephone scenarios. They have massively different requirements.

Kllkthy, Welcome to the forum.

I suspect you are speaking of the signup procedure for a company that requires a sample phone call as a part of the signup procedure. There are at least two such companies. You might search for discussions about your company and see what people say. If that doesn't work you might might start a new thread in the mystery shopping company section that is titled something like this, "Sign up script for XXX company."
