Moral Dilemma

It would be different if you found sixteen dollars just laying on the floor or in the parking lot. Then I would say it would be yours to keep, but in this case you know that the money belongs to the gas station and it was wrong for you to take it. I once saw some money fall out of a girl's pocket. I picked it up, but it would have been wrong for me to keep it because I had seen where it had come from. I returned it to her.

Xincax, what did you do? Did you just put the mistake the cashier made in the report? Did you go back and return the money? If so, did you let the client and the mystery shopping company know you did not ultimately keep the money?

More important that the MSC we represent is the fact that we represent ourselves. My rule is Never Ever Compromise Your Integrity period. It is always at your own expense no matter who pays. I dont like it if someone steals from me.
One time I went to a drive in window and cashed a check for &19.98 cents as i pulled away because there was a line behind me waiting as the bank was getting ready to close I pulled over to put the moeny away and when I opened the envelope I counted out one hundred ninty nine dollars and eighty cents. Oulling imeadiatly over into a parking spot I walked to the door and knocked until the manager came to the door. and said they were closed sorry. I told here there was a very large mistake on my transaction that needed to be rectified right away she let me in and I explained the mistake that someone had ether miscounted or transposed my figures wrong. turned out it was a new girl and because we caught the mistake she recieved feedback and didnt lose her job and as well the camera on the drive in was not fuctioning so they would never have known but it didnt matter My integrity was intact and that is the real issue. not if I could have gotten away with it.
