my first eval in a few hours - nervous!

Hi, Any last minute suggestions? Nervous that i wont get a high score or remember names, times, etc. Is there a sample eval online?

Best regards,

We don't know which MSC you are shopping for. You do realize that there are 100s of companies out there. Your MSC had guidelines and a blank report for your shop on their website. Some even have sample reports on their websites. Since many reports are completely different, with different clients, different guidelines, different questions, etc. It's hard for anyone on the forum to direct you in the right way. Let me reassure you, everyone is nervous the first time, just like with any new job! If you've read your guidelines and report form, you will be fine. You can tell us which MSC you are shopping for and maybe we can give you an idea if it will be easy or hard (just don't name the client in the same thread as the MSC). If you can discreetly enter information into your smart phone such as the name or a timing when no one is looking, that might be helpful for you in remembering. I sometimes text myself or text my husband, and I also have a Note App on my Smartphone that I use. Good luck, LADF!!
Just read the guideline and take notes in your car right afterwards. Every one of us felt the same way before our first evaluation.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Good luck, LADF. We've all been there. My absolute first shop in 2008 was a Whataburger. I was so nervous that I made it harder for myself than it really was. Just relax, read the guidelines and understand what they want to know, and don't worry about your score. Just focus on the shop.
Oh my. Your first evaluation for them, or your first evaluation ever? If you are doing a restaurant shop, get your companion to help you remember names and times. When you go to check the restroom, take notes on your phone to help you remember. Coyle shops are fun but the reports are somewhat time consuming. If you have time, try to answer some of the report questions tonight before you go to bed. Make sure you write in complete sentences and pay attention to grammar, punctuation, and spelling, of course. Have a nice time!
Thx to all for the info, I was really nervous! Coyle's eval took over 5 hours to do. I had to answer every single question in a full sentence. Not sure if I will ever do a shop for them again. Ugh.

Best regards,

LADF
