Today is a bank holiday. So CRI can not make meaningful deposits today. Whenever you are expecting it on a Monday and Monday is a holiday, look for it on Tuesday.
Edited to add: Oops, if you are Canadian you would not realize that government offices, banks and the stock market are closed in the US for 'President's Day'. We in the US always got confused when Canadian based companies closed for Canadian Thanksgiving and other national holidays that were different than ours.
