ADDED: I have performed multiple shops for Greg through Beyond Hello. He is very helpful when an issue arises during a shop or if you need to reschedule a shop date. And props to you, Greg for being upfront about being a scheduler and which company you work for. As shoppers, we appreciate that.

Welcome. Are you new this forum? Are you new to scheduling or mystery shopping? How long have you been at BH?

Greg is such a familiar name on this board it may come to ME, to question and to find reason. Are you the same GREG whom was with KSS, Summit Scheduling or Service Excellence? We know schedulers changed MS companies and clients all the time so it just a matter of trust. or are you still associated with the other companies? As a shopper we belong to more than one company , so it is only fair to actually see if the schedulers do to.

If the Community, you want to belong too involves honesty, trust and fairness, then bring that too the Community.

@sojo917 Yes, I'm brand new to the forum!! However, I've read the Beyond Hello threads for some time now... I've scheduled with Beyond Hello for about two years now, and I've found it to be pretty fun although rather tough at times... I was brand new to mystery shopping when I began at BH, but actually, it turns out I was mystery shopped in the past by BH when I worked for a different company!! Pretty funny...

I am a different Greg than any of those three companies. I happen to also be signed up with Summit, and it's always a bit fun seeing emails come from another Greg! Thanks for asking if it was the same me though! I'd certainly be open about it if that was the case.

I only plan on being straightforward here. I like the job and really want to see everyone benefit! Thank you for the advice!!

@sugarcookie429 Thank you for the welcome as well! I've tried to find mystery shops in my area, but I've never had much luck. I'm only signed up with Summit, GfK, Intellishop, and Confero though... I'll see shops at times, but I don't have a car which is challenging... I also work full time. So, time frames can be difficult for me to meet... I'd really like to start mystery shopping though. I mean, it's only fair if I experience the same thing as shoppers I work with... In the meantime, I just try to remain as understanding as I'm able. (Not to say I'm perfect or anything!!)

It's great that you're signed up with us at BH. If competition is a challenge for you to find shops, please let me know by email or phone. I'll try to get you in on what you're looking for. If you just don't see shops in your area, we're always bringing on new clients and changing. So, I believe the amount of shops could certainly only improve!!

I'm glad you enjoy working with Beyond Hello!! We do have an ever growing and changing variety of clients!!

I'm originally from Milwaukee, WI, but after I graduated school at UW-Madison and working elsewhere, I happened to find a job here at Beyond Hello where the company is located in Madison, WI. Starting at BH was an interesting change of pace and I like it! Thank you for asking!!

I got an email from Beyond Hello - scheduler was Richard. Unfortunately someone snagged the shop in my town. It's for "young fashion" - I guess I could bring my daughter for that one if it comes up again to give the company a try

How did you find the job as a scheduler? Do you like it?

Greg, I see that shop for "Young fashion" in my area sometimes sitting until it is bonused. I never could take it as I am over the age limit (I am 42!). However, I look young. Most people say I look 10 years younger than I really am. How picky is the client with that age limit? I really like the clothes and would fit in the size range (I wear a size 10 in pants and a 12 in shirts).

I happen to work directly next to Richard, and I'd be happy to help you get a type of shop you presumably haven't tried before. I can't promise anything, but I can try!

As for your questions, I happened to find my job as a scheduler on craigslist! The reason for finding the job there, as opposed to rising in the ranks of mystery shopping to become a scheduler as some people do, is because Beyond Hello generally only hires locally in Madison, WI. One reason for this is because the schedulers with the most work are generally in the office every weekday. After all, someone needs to be around to answer the phone!! For another reason to hire locally, schedulers who may work from home are expected to attend monthly meetings here in Madison, WI. So, that's why we hire locally and how I found the job on craigslist in case you were wondering...

I do happen to like my job as a scheduler!! I happen to do other work around the office as well, so I enjoy myself quite a bit in this unique mystery shopping world!! I've been here for about two years now, and the time has gone by SO quickly!!! Thank you for asking!!!

Thanks Greg. I feel like I am talking to a bot sometimes because my only replies come in the form of text with no emotion attached. You have humanized schedulers for me..I am going to check into BH today and see what is up!
