Castforce Ripoff

I took a job for Castforce for 1 hr to service a (discount department) Store. When I arrived the MOD told me that no one could help me until 9 am and had arrived at a little past 8 am. I spent time looking for the merchandise I was supposed to service and never was able to locate. I left and reported this to Castforce. I was informed that it was complete and I had to go back or I was not going to be paid. This was 1 hour job. I refused to return because the cost of gas and time was not adequate. This company gets away ripping off their workers. I am reporting this to warn people not to work for this company.

Um...

You did not complete the job, you did not get confirmation from the MOD that the merchandise was truly not available, you left without confirming with the MOD that the merchandise was unavailable/not in stock, you did not obtain proof that the merchandise was unavailable, you refuse to complete the job, and..... you still expect to be paid? Am I understanding this correctly?

Plan the work. Work the plan.
Their sources are telling them it is complete so I think their reaction is quite reasonable. We live and learn my friend.
The MOD disappeared. After searching for about 15 minutes I gave up and had customer service to sign my form. It is not my problem that the people at these stores are not cooperative.
When you are a merchandiser you get used to it. You may not like it but you get used to it.

Always report incompletes BEFORE you leave the store. There are things they might be able to do to help you (determine who signed for the delivery, etc.) and also approve a portion of the pay if it is determined the work cannot be done through no fault of yours.

I've never done work for Castforce, but this is how I always handle things. If you just leave, they aren't really able to tell if you made an honest effort to complete the job.

I have worked for cast force for over 7 years. I find them to be a very trustworthy company. You need to follow their rules exactly but they do have an excellent customer service line you can call. They will tell you what to do if you were in the store and you cannot find the product, or execute the project. If you follow their rules and they are not that hard, you can make a lot of money with this company.
Yes you can make money with Castforce. I'm averaging $1000 each month with their work! It is the first day of the month and I already have 72 projects to complete between now and month end. I'll be working every week day. Never had any problems with this company.
