Snap Audits

While I have only been with them for a few months, they have been helpful, but do seem quite overwhelmed at times and cannot respond immediately. I will wait a while longer before I form my final opinion, however they are trending a 3 out of 5 with me right now. There is definite room for improvement in many areas.

Hi All! Haven't been around for a while but wanted to comment on the company.
I signed up, did the EIN thing, was awarded with a few project, received materials, completed a couple projects. BUT
They had approved (3) of my (5) project, the other two sat in approval needed mode for weeks. I started feeling slightly uncomfortable, especially since my emails and phone calls had not been responded to but I kept getting those robotic phone messages and continues emails regarding work.

So I did some research and what I found wasn't that good. I'm trying to keep this short but it is very detailed, and I'm trying to include the most important info... I decided, since a BIG RED blinking warning came up on the Better Business website that this company and or their affiliate has a recording of not paying. Cast CastForce
I was like yikes!

I contacted the company with the information/ concerns and told them I would no longer be working with them because of the information I received and I didn't want to do work and not get paid for it. No one ever got back to me. Only when I involved the States Attorney General did I receive a response.
They basically told me SnapAudits is independent of Cast Castforce and those or companies hire them and they contract work out for them. Again, red flags, if they are known for not paying, that's still a problem.
I strongly believe these are the same company hands down! They also told me I would receive labels to ship the packages back, its been over a month haven't received them yet. Check for payment in my account yesterday, nothing, went to the website to check the invoices that had been approved, they disappeared. Luckily I took screenshots.

Bottom line, enter at your own risk.
What I did, 7/11 prepaid card resets
Pay: was ok,if I ever receive it and they pay once a month.
My contact person was Corey

I'm not on the (this) site a lot and may not respond because I am kind of busy. I just wanted to put this out there so other shoppers and merchandiser are aware of what's going. I do not have any gripes with them, I'm not upset even though I haven't been paid. I kind of felt like I wouldn't be paid anyway (after) reading their history, so I have to take the proper channels to get my money.

I also believe the new members leaving glowing comments on this site (about) them is just them trying to get more people to join their team and or make the company look good. I don't know, for sure, 100% but if I was a betting man.....

Good Luck

Ok, so I got a very long email back. They told me the check was in the mail and the labels are being shipped. I will keep you all posted to see how it goes.

If I get the check, I will be happy, I will take it and run. Would I go back? probably not, based on their affiliations. My question is what would happen down the line? I just rather not risk it, waiting a whole month is not something I want to do. The biggest turn off is waiting a whole month to get paid. Actually, because of the scheduling, it will be about 6 weeks....That too long.

Thank you, that is what happened. I don't understand the logic in waiting until the last minute instead of approving/disapproving invoices as they come in.
Corey? Are you talking about CAST or Snap? Sorry, maybe two people by the same name?
I have done many jobs for snap audits. It is almost the same jobs I did for Castforce but for more money.
Exactly, that's the scary part. I'm used to getting approved as I complete the jobs. If it's not approved or something extra needs to be done then I can take care of it. I don't usually get disapproved, though.

Yea, its not too bad, actually I kind of liked the setup. I just can't take not knowing if the company will fold, move, change names and or not pay me. That's nerve wrecking, the sad part is that it does happen. The pay date is so far ahead that you can do 10 big jobs and by the time its time to get paid, they could be long gone. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone but I'm not sticking around to find out.
Then you have to go through all the red tape, trust me, I have been there.
Not with this company, but just saying...

I am experiencing the same thing. Did assignments in September and not until I questioned why it's taking so long did they go in and approve half and payout in November. Plus they haven't even looked at the other half of assignments that were done all back in October on same day? I don't get it. I had recently assigned myself to three other projects, but after it taking so long from the first assignments I canceled and no my reliability went from 100% to 25%. They just need to give me my coins and they don't have to worry about me again!
Hello, I have had the same problems with SNAP. Did over $600 in assignments..... a month and a half passed and the majority went in to "quality control status" over petty stuff. They contracted for "light resets", the store managers had printed paperwork that a vendor was contracted for a total reset. Now two months later SNAP is requesting revisits. This company is a FRAUD.
This company will never learn from their past experiences.

Is there an app for this company? I tried calling and emailing for information to no avail.
Does anybody living in California currently work for SNAP? If so, are you currently completing projects for SNAP? Just wondering. ...

I received the IRCs but not the shelf labels. The AM does not respond to me email questions, Bell.
I have called several times and no one has answered. I have received about 15 packages at my address. Now, I don't know what to do with them because there's no clear instructions on what to do with them. So, what do I do with them? Thanks.
I am not sure who you are in order to log into your portal and see what projects you selected. We have 76 different projects, totaling 60, 000 visits right now.
Scammer and they look for any excuse to don't pay the project, they say pay monthly but never get approve it. Never introduction to the system or hiring process.
I did visits and they own me $164.
I requested more visits and I got 20 boxes to supply gift cards at cvs I will put in the dumpster all of this boxes I got, My home is not a storage
Frightening, Masedev2.

I called the number she left one here, but like Bernard Bell's, it's always busy.

I hope they send the shelf strips to go with these coupons, I will not be making a second trip.
Oh, I'll get paid, one way or another........Buahahahhaha. omgoodness
I read your post with great interest. You do realize by throwing out the packages they shipped they will use it as an excuse not to pay you?
So, the question is, what came first? The chicken or the egg. Is he tossing them because they aren't going to pay him? Or what? Hope I don't have to toss mine, the clients, actually.
