Help me with Cori please?

So I finally passed the auditor university test.

I'm now trying to grab a bonused shop; I've got the shop in my cart but I'm stuck. I'm having trouble with the calendar pop up and trying to choose a date.

Maybe I don't understand the color key, but I'm clicking on the first green date in the calendar, the date turns slightly lighter shade of green...am I at least on the right track?

There are no boxes in the light blue with black border that say current days you can choose to perform shop. This shop can only be performed on Fri/Sat/Sun.

I've checked the box next to the assignment, I've checked the box saying I've read and understand all the instructions, I've passed the test for this particular shop.

The checkout button still isn't an active link.

I'm on a MAC and using Firefox, could that be part of the issue? Is anyone else successful using these?

Not a computer issue.

Even if the shop date said immediately, often times you need to wait. There is a 3-day sign up window that is purple. If 3 days is further out than today (i.e. an immediate shop that can only be shopped mondays, and it is thursday) you will only see text over calendar dates (nothing to click) so check the shop dates. Wait to see purple days you can click on. Failing this, contact the helpdesk.
Thanks marmani!

Being a MAC user is so often the problem with websites that I immediately go there in my mind.

So I guess you get to the Cori website as soon as you can if you are watching one of these bonused shops. Does the clock reset at midnight and what time zone? Maybe I can put my insomnia to good use. smiling smiley
I can't say for sure it is midnight, but it IS in the wee hours. I am an insomniac, always up til 1 or 2. If I think of it, I check my email at some ridiculous hour and the email is there.
Thanks jersey07032. I'm a wake up in the middle of the night kind of girl so maybe I'll grab my phone and check mail from now on. *grin*
The calendar resets at 11:00 p.m. CST. Adjust for your time zone.

As far as I know, Corpri's website is compatible with Internet Explorer only. When I am having issues with submitting a report, this is the first question they ask me. Once I remember that and switch to IE, I am able to submit my report without further problems.
so this means I have to download IE? I HATE IE. Why would their system only work with one browser. They must know not every one wants to use IE.

While many reporting platforms support various browsers, CORI is not the only one which requires something specific. GFK insists on Firefox and before a ton of people say they've used other browsers successfully, GFK will blame any problems on the shopper and the different browser. While I still use IE for CORI reports, Google has worked just find for finding and assigning jobs.

What a PITA.

One more thing for this ADD-addled brain to remember: which fluffin' browser to use.

OMG.

Not loving the idea of downloading IE, but I guess I'm going to have to suck it up and do it. Ugg.
I wasn't able to complete a report w/Google Chrome. Did succeed with Firefox. Now, I guess I am going to have to download IE. Don't wanna, don't wanna, don't wanna.
