MFI schedulers?

Does MFI still have a 4-shop per day limit? There is a cluster of about a dozen of shops in route that would take me about two hours from home. These used to be shopped by four different companies but MFI currently has them all.

I have a collection of numbers of schedulers, but none are current as of today. A fellow I spoke to at the MFI call center was difficult to understand with all the background noise.

If someone could PM me the number of an MFI scheduler I'd be grateful.

The Marketforce scheduler you talked with must be the ones in Philippines/India or wherever for having noise. You can get a route through them because they are only allowed and can see 2 clients right now. You are much better to call the main company directly and speek with scheduling there. There are the supervisors and they are the only ones who can authorize something like that.

As far as I know they still have the four shop per day maximum. I assigned for 4 and wanted 2 more but nnnnn0000. Can't do that so I ended up doing some for another company.

If it is end of the month, isolated areas, then you can get a waiver.

Thanks, all. I got a hold of a native English speaking scheduler who understood US geography. I feel bad for the outsourced call center folks because they don't know enough about the industry to give an answer for which there is no script. Some of them read off prompters like telemarketers. It has got to be as frustrating for them as it is for me.

I received a call from them the other day. I ask if I could speak to someone who spoke English. she said I speak English. I started speaking Spanish. She hung up.....
