Has anybody received a citation?

I received an email with "SHOPPER CITATION" and I just about scared myself. My "citation" was a "Hero score." You think the SASSIE system would understand the difference of a "bad citation" and "good citation."

They should use a different word than "citation" Makes it sound "criminal" LOL!!

Maybe "button" would work just as well. A HERO BUTTON. :-)

My "Hero" just appeared this week right under my 2 "Naughty-naughty" citations. Shows you how much those are worth.
