Any of you ever get a request from a company that you normally email reports to, mail the report for a particular shop as oppose to emailing or faxing them?

Don't remember. I think I only worked for them once. I usually avoid companies that make me mail stuff, even receipts. :-)

My reason for not liking to mail them, is it is too each to get lost in the mail, whereas an email is done right that second. Also, it is definitely not worth the money to send it certified.

I hate the extra step, its a pain in the butt for me to get the envelope, stamps, and mail it, and WONDER if it got there, and sometimes it doesn't, then I end up having to beg to email my scan. Why not just a scan in the first place. Less time, less money. I don't use snail mail except rarely for anything, why for an internet response?

I did two shops about two weeks ago that had to be Mailed not faxed or emailed. I put them in the mail the very next day. After almost a week I got a email saying they had not received my receipts, please send them in. I logged in to the site and they showed them not received. I waited another couple of day and I got emails everyday that they had not been received. I finally sent an email to the scheduler saying I had mailed them, gave the dates, etc. I got an email back saying not to bug her, they were backed up because everyone of those shops had to be mailed. Hellooooo, you are bugging me!!!

Yes snail mail is a pain. I have had two of my reports lost in the last two months and have had to go through a lot to get them re-submitted. Not to mention the extra postage.
