Verizon photo audit confusion

Ok, so I logged in tonight and saw a Verizon photo audit offered that I've done multiple times before.
My confusion is that in one spot it says 'call ahead to make an appointment' , like was done in the past, but in another spot it says 'call anonymously, don't make an appointment"'. It says not to print paperwork until 24hrs before the shop, but in the past we were to make an appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Has anyone accepted one of these and already printed their paperwork? If so does it clarify if we are to make an appointment or not?

I would contact the help desk at the company directly. Anytime there is confusion it's best to get the answer to the problem from them in writing. Then if you get a question from an editor later, at least you have a leg to stand. Way too often one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
I haven't done any since October and those were to call 48 hours in advance and they knew I was coming and why.
