I posted this under a company thread also. Reposting here to try to get a wider audience.

I am entering my first ever BestMark report. I am at the last screen and constantly getting the message "Updating scores, Retry Save". Is this issue common? Any ideas on how to bypass this and not loose my report? I have been waiting for an hour for the issue to self resolve. Thanks in advance.

Just as an update: I resolved the issue by logging out, logging in again and reentering the last page of the report. It is saved and submitted now.
