Market Force

I just registered with Market Force. What does unit based under the pay column mean? It said $7, unit based. It seems $7 per shop is not worth the time.

Its only worth your time if the shop is right down the street and you want a free meal! Those $7 shops at the burger and fry joint that does not have a drive thru are definatley worth it. Those burgers are made with real beef not the pink slime beef like you get at 99% fast food joints.
Exactly, good food and with reimbursement it's an $18 shop (only $7 of which is taxed smiling smiley)

That terminology makes it sound like the portal that handles merchandising. They refer to units although normally the wording is, $8 for the first hour and $2 for each unit over that. In that case a unit is 15 minutes. From what I've read, those merchandising gigs are not worth it at all because there is usually a cap on the time and pay, but the pay is the only thing that is really capped. In other words, the assignment often takes longer.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I noticed that MF changed the limitations on closed shop fees especially on the drive thru but can't dine-in shops. Apparently they now limit it to $3 or 50% of the shop fee, whatever is more. I made a decent profit on their closed shop fees with that client.
I'm not sure what portal RI is referring to either. I think maybe RI is looking at the merchandising portal.
