Maritz- Mailing your evaluations

When you mail your evaluations back to Maritz, do you send them regular mail or priority, or other? Just curious, since mailing can get to be expensive.

We don't mail our evaluations, we mail our invoices with receipts. A stamp every so often won't break my budget.

But before I quit them, they had the option to upload your receipt and invoice on their website, which is safer than letting the original materials out of your hands.

You are correct. Thanks I did not read correctly. Just invoices and receipts are mailed. That is much better.

The only thing that I know of that needs to be mailed now is the BP evaluation with your receipts and invoice. All others can be done electronically. When I do mail my BP items, I send them priority with delivery confirmation. (So that I know they received it). You can always write this off on your taxes.

I just received a phone call from them that the evaluation form from Hardee's as well as BP & Shell must be mailed.

This is the only evaluation I mail along with the receipt. The only other one I send is their fast food shops. I have never been asked for any other evaluations.
