I am trying to fill in one of the blue shop surveys. I have done it about 5 times now. Everytime I click submit, it sends you to the review page then many of the answers show skipped question. I did not skip them and I have gone back again and again to fill it in and it does it every time. T his is not my first with them, and it worked fine last time (on the same computer) has anyone else ever seen this?

THanks

Supposedly if you hit the I'm Stuck button it will allow you to submit. Their surveys have been pretty quirky for the last projects I did.
Did you try NOT answering them at all? I had a problem when they first added the repetitive clarification questions and found if I didn't try to answer them at all it went through. I also reported the problem to their help desk.

Thanks. I redid it again, then clicked the im stuck. Hopefully it went through correctly. I tried to click on the submit invoice, and when I put in the invoice number it says I didnt submit information for that shop. I am not sure if typing in the number is to add a different invoice (other than the one you were on, or if you are supposed to put in the number for that one). Either way, this is about the most difficult reporting system I have done. I think I will pass on these again. It should not take an hour and a half to fill in the information.

Thanks for the hint on the im stuck button.
Their site has been really wonky the last few days. I hit the I'm stuck button and it still didn't move. If anything it jammed up worse and won't let me scroll down beyond the date. Hope they un-stick it tomorrow, I'm 9 reports behind because of the glitch.

Isn't Maritz one of the MSC's that requires a certain browser? Have you tried different browsers?

I know the first one I did I used the same laptop (a mac) and it was fine. I find it frustrating that their server or hosting issues are causing a huge waste in my time. Not only did it waste a ton of my ton, but I became incredibly frustrated with it. We will see how quickly they respond tomorrow. I clicked the I'm stuck, I also sent an email request. I am not spending this much time on the other one I have due. If they can't get their end going, I am not wasting my time. I do the jobs as I promise I will when I sign up, and I do them well. But they can not expect me to spend excessive amounts of time due to errors on their part.
I had this problem the first time I filled out the shop. I talked to a human and was told that unless it is flagged as an error (in red), you do not need to answer the question. Only one per number, such as question 4a OR 4b OR 4c, not all of them. If you do get a flag, click on the little icon next to the number after you fix it. I had a real problem once where it wouldn't take no for an answer until I clicked on that icon. They are really nice when you call. I have always had good conversations with all of their employees.
I tried accessing their site with Firefox. IE and Chrome. It's not moving no matter what I use. Once they break loose the log-jam I've got a day's work cut out for me.

There site is glitchy right now but changing the browser generally helps.... Try submitting from your phone, that usually works for me.
My cheap little tracfone doesn't do fancy things like that. Won't be getting a new phone any time soon since I just got laid off from my regular job.

I called them about that very thing, yesterday. Jamie told me not to worry, that the questions that "don't count" will show "skipped question". It was making me crazy because I kept going back and trying to fix it!

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.

You can NOT mention a MSC name and a client name in a post. Please remove the client name.

I think that person removed it, but now you have it in your post because you quoted the original in your reply.
