Does it do any good to write the scheduler?

I sent an e-mail this morning asking if she could furnish any guidance as to why I wasn't chosen to do a couple of shops in my area. Without giving away many details these were shops I completed with a good score in the past. I made sure I was outside the 6 month window required to reshop the locations and it's been almost 9 months. So I simply asked why. No answer yet, you think I'll get one.

That depends greatly on the MSC. Many have their schedulers so swamped that there is no chance of a reply to anything but an emergency, if that. Others are positively chatty.

If you are new to this world, it may be difficult to realize just how many shoppers may apply for a single job; dozens, scores for some. If it's not "first come, fisrt serve, it may be that the shopper with the very highest average score gets the shop. Many, many factors.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Another possibility...When it's this early in the month, shops are sometimes given to new, unrated shoppers to give them a chance to get their feet wet with a MSP.

I wanted everyone to know the scheduler did e-mail me a very nice reply. She said the shops I applied for were very popular and they received many applications for most locations. She mentioned another round was coming up soon and to send her an e-mail when I applied to let her know.
That pretty classy of the scheduler, both to reply and to invite direct communication in consideration of the next round.
