Schedulers don't return emails and no phone number to contact them directly !

Ahhhh I'm sooooooo tired of that ! when you call their phone, the automatic message says : '' if you are shopper email us to : XXXXX " , OK, but why it took you 3 days or more to answer than when you ask to send the report not more that 12 or 24 hours after the shop ! :/

specially when I have a very important information that I need to know before I finish my shop or send them the survey, it's ridiculous how it's hard to reach them!

Others MSCs answer to you back in 5 or 10 min maximum by email or they are always available in the phone , and they have also lot of shoppers across USA and Canada ( the excuse that the others gives you ).

It's very frustrating when you need an answer right away and can't get no response. Especially if you can't complete the shop without an answer and it's due that day.
Hi Pamala,

and most of this, you would close the file as soon as possible and do the next shop.
ah my god I'm getting frustrating more and more !:/

the mission consist to shop a tire of escape 2009, in the store I found only a receptionist who told me that she don't have any informations about the prices.. the owner was not there she said.

second part of the shop, is in the phone, I have to call and ask for recommendation of type of the tires.

The owner told me that he need a model of the car and the size of the tires,... , I told him ok will call the dealer because I didn't buy a car yet, at that point a send a message the the scheduler who answer finally to me after 3 days saying the I need to google and find the informations.. ahhhhh helloooo now I have to do the research for you ? ok.... will do it.. , but when you google and see the informations in Ford sellers, they don't give you the size of the tires ! , I called one of them who sell this car, he said 17inch , ok I called back the store of tires, and I give him what I was told,

he tells me, your seller have to do more effort because it cannot be 17 inch for an FOrd escape 4x4 !
''I know you are a woman and you don't have lot of knowledge of cars ( let me laugh but it's true lol ) , it's not your fault but he have to give you the exact information '' ,

I'm just desperate wasting my time to find what is the ..... of the size of those tires !!! :'/

I wish I could call and speak to some one in this MSC !!

Why would you be buying tires for a new car? Use Google or call a random dealer and tell them the make and model of your pretend car and they will give you the tire size.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
this is what I did Lisa, the seller ( in the car dealer ) tells me that it's 17 inch, when I called back the seller of tire he said that it cannot be that size :/, he said call me back when he give you the correct information,I wish if I could tell him , never mind, just suggest me any tires that you want lol
I just send an email to the schedulers about that ..., she may respond me next week confused smiley lol
I finally finish with this, the guy in car dealer said '' I'm sorry I gived you wrong information '', the true info are '' 235.70.16 ''...

Called back to the tires seller , he was happy to finish with a woman who want buy tires I suppose lol
It is frustrating indeed, counterproductive to a positive outcome and just plain rude and unprofessional. Do the best that you can and save those e-mails.
Any tire shop should be able to look up the size tires you need as Long as you give them the year, make, and model of your car.
