I see these shops all the time, but I have read on maybe this forum or another that they are extremely picky when it comes to the photos. that they will NOT pay you at all if you get the angle wrong, etc.

How hard is it to do these shops? Is it easy or a pain in the neck? How soon do they reimburse you for the pizza? Pizzas are getting expensive.. Is there a limit on what they expect you to spend on them..

Corp. is not bad as far as paying you soon... but it seems many of their jobs lately do not pay well....

I only wish they paid more..

Without naming company, most pizza shops that require pictures are a pain.

The pay is low and the pizza is cold by the time you finish. The pay does go up as it gets close to the end of the month. Sometimes the pay will be high enough to justify all the work and pictures that are required.

Be careful with the pictures, one company that requires 6 pictures will disqualify your shop if they believe even one of your pictures is off.

All just my opinion.
I've done tons of these shops and never had a problem. The ones I have done require six pictures at different angles. As long as you know how to work your camera you should have no problem. Make sure the room does not have alot of direct sunlight if you use your flash, or you can do the photos outdoors during daylight so you don't have to use the flash. These were always quick and easy for me. The report is simple. Usually I could have the photos completed in about five minutes and be eating a hot pizza right after. Sadly, I no longer live in an area where I can complete these. There are no pizza places within 45 miles of where I live now.

On a side note, be careful about naming companies, as it may violate your ICA with that company. smiling smiley

These almost always get grabbed in my area long before they get bonused. I have done one, it cut beautifully with a fresh single edge razor blade to get the side photos needed. We found the pizza was pretty awful, so the job only makes sense for the fee and that only when it becomes large enough to be worthwhile. Luckily they were only asking about service on the report I did--not taste and quality.

Done many of these for two different companies...........same criteria.
Never had a problem w/the photos.........I always WAIT until they are bonused.
They just called me on phone and asked me to do one by Saturday.......they are all due on the last Sunday of the month so they get pretty desperate the last few days. I have done them for fees as high as $27 plus the pizza reimburse. I usually will take them when they are $14-$20 plus pizza reimburse. Very easy shop....form is mostly yes/no and photos are not difficut at all. Three pics are top/side/cut view of pizza.....then, you have to have two of receipts although I scan those as they are clearer.

PS.........they sometimes allow you to do carryout when they really need them done so if not in your delivery area........you can see which ones need filling and always call them and ask them. I noticed this month.........they add $1 bonus if they are delivered.......
