Last I saw they had gone from 100 item for $30 to 50 item for $17. I would think that is an improvement because the 100 item took around 2 hrs and the last half hour of that was very tiresome. I did two locations, one was splendidly helpful and it went quickly. The second started out unpleasant but got better. I would probably do either location again though would be more likely to choose the first location as there was very little erroneous stuff to report (the more stuff wrong, the more UPCs and other info you need to enter on line in your report).
