Re: What did you work for today???
Thursday I went and got my hair cut and styled for $33 with a $30 reimbursement.
Arby's dine in and drive thru. $11.00 RB and $7.00 pay
$41.00 reimbursement and $7.00 pay

Friday I spent the whole day in a town 40 miles away for a theater head count for 5 showings of the same movie. After the first showing I did 2 telephone bank shops ($9.00). After the second showing I did 2 credit union shops in town ($30). After the 3rd showing I went to dinner ($15.00 RB), and then to a US Cellular location ($15). After the 4th showing I just went to another screen and watched Public Enemies, it was a good flick, but I may be partial to it since I'm from Indiana. The 5 screens paid $50 for a Friday total of $104.00 pay and $15 RB.

Today is the 4th of July and I did nothing. Tomorrow I go to the theater again for 5 more showings. Nada scheduled in between them. BO~RING!

today, I reflected on where I am headed. I did some rough accounting and for the month ending June 30 and the YTD, after printing , consumables, gas, car maintenance, purchase of recording equipment and miscellaneous office products, I am only in the hole $50. So I consider this to be a good month. yeah for me!!!
But if I have a small loss every month I can make it up with volume! so by December I will be in the ho...hey wait a minute, that can't be the way it works!

I guess it only works that way for you. For many of us (housewives, scholars, and otherwise-employed or looking for FT work beings,) we actually figured out how to MAKE money at this. I guess you still need to figure that part out. We aren't holding our breath waiting for you, but if you actually read the newbie section and follow the advice, **someday** you might figure out how to not go in the hole shopping, and get more than that new nightie you talked about that you seemed all excited about getting.

Two types of shops - facilities or inquiring about a new membership and taking the tour. I did the new membership. I was afraid of the facilities shop. Might have put me on a contraption.

Picked up a last minute bonus for a convenient store/restaurant. No purchase requirement. That's a new one for me. Weird and slightly uncomfortable going through making observations - not a reveal - and leaving empty handed.

It's not just me, then? I was soooo careful in my report - names, times, numbers . . . An MSP who trusts a shopper to do the job.

Will not disappoint!

Nailed the last part of a financial-type shop. $350 fee plus $100 bonus for returning all materials. Sweet. On the way home I did a dining shop, coffee shop and a couple retail stores. $500 isn't a bad day's pay.
