Re: What did you work for today???
1 cheesesteak sub lunch, 4 gas stations (no photos, easy reports), one of my favs - the 4 interaction/1 hour walk through Waikiki, and a chocolate store.

MMMM: large deluxe sub, 1 dark chocolate caramel, 1 dark chocolate dipped macaroon, 1 milk chocolate dipped macaroon, bottle of water, apple iced tea, gum.

$90 fees, $24 gas, $22 eatable reimbursements. Not bad for 2 hours on site and 2 writing reports. I'm good with that.

I have two really, really easy shops: basically go in and count cds of a certain brand that are on display. Shouldn't take anymore than 5 minutes in each location. $15 each! Easiest $30! :)

dee, I never heard of purple sweet potato chips, are they like regular potato chips only made with sweet potato (like veggie chips?)? Or are they like french fries? What is musubi?

Yes, that is exactly what they are - potato chips made with purple sweet potatoes. I love them!

I did my LAST merchandising job today. I'm not planning on taking anymore, unless they are very simple and pay $15+. I really dislike the ones I've done so far: the pay is too low for them and the shops in my area never have things out on display, which ends up meaning I have to run around asking for permission to open one and then try to find room to set it up on an already crowded shelf.

Tomorrow I have two clothing shops, which I am looking forward to! One doesn't pay anything, but reimburses and the other pays, but does not reimburse. Either way, I'll end up getting clothes for nearly free and that is my idea of a good shop. :)

Re: What did you work for today???
@lizka I agree that some of them are more trouble than they seem initially, but I have had fun and made ok money with a few specific ones.

Today I'm doing a sneaker then a bar shop, $30 + $20ish in reimbursements. Plus, I get to move a couple of sofas! ;)

Sounds like a busy day. It's always tougher when you have to take someone who is not a shopper along! :-(

Re: What did you work for today???
Yesterday, a route of supermarket shops, $70
and one gas stop $8.

Today, one phone call, $4
and a lunch, $10 + $20 reimb.

Tomorrow, two audits, $50.

The beginning of month can be busier for me, but this month, most of the shops
available for last month have already been done.

Re: What did you work for today???
Usually I clean up $-wise in December, what with the folks that want their shops done up front due the holidays, and the flakes who cancel so their are all the bonused shops. I'm taking it slower this month. I have a course I have been developing due to the school on Jan 1st, final grades for the semester are due, and I want to take some down time and spend it with my family.

So, yesterday, 1 bonused parking shop.
Today, 2 office supplies audits, 1 grocery, 2 coffee stores, 2 ice cream stores. Except the grocery, the reports as super simple. Just what I am in the mood for. :-)

So today: craft store, furniture store, ff lunch, Hawaiian craft store, 2 chocolate stores, 2 office supply stores, 1 coffee..long night and morning tomorrow. :-(
