issues with a scheduler

I travel for a part time job (mortgage modifications for banks in 50 mile radius of my town) and take mystery shops when I can in other towns. I got an email from a company I had done several bank shops for in December saying that I needed to get a shop in Hartsville in before Monday. I checked their website and all five of the bank shops were in, checked and in the column to be submitted for payment, but the Hartsville shop was ALSO posted at the top as not having been done. I checked to see what I would be paid for the shops (to cover some Christmas bills smiling smiley) and it was $105. I emailed the scheduler back and told her that I had submitted the shop on 12/21, it was in the column as having been done and was there something wrong with it. She emailed me back and said it was the extra Hartsville shop and she cancelled it. I emailed her back saying that it was not an extra shop, I had done it and submitted it. She emailed me back and said that nothing was submitted. I went back on the web site and she had taken the completed Hartsville shop off AND the Hartsville shop that was still in my shops to do. My payment now is $80 for the completed shops. I emailed her back and asked her to put the Hartsville shop back in my to do shops (we have until Monday to get them in) and I would resubmit it as I had saved the notes and documentation. This was a 36 hours ago and I have not heard from her. Hartsville is a good 2 1/2 hours from me and the shop was 30 minutes. I was in that direction for another job, but it still was time and trouble. Is there anything I can do to save the shop? Why would she do that?

Some are really witches!

CALL, and speak to a supervisor, or another scheduler or person that works with that account (bank, store, etc..) You shouldn't have to 'eat' it. Sometimes I keep special bonus job emails until I get paid.. so if push comes to shove, I can say, "Well, I have the email you sent showing you would pay a bonus of xyz..."

Do NOT be rude, raise your voice, etc.. you'll just get a black mark by your name.
Did you keep a copy of the report you submitted? With the documentation of the report you submitted, it may be time to contact a manager to resolve the issue. Don't wait too long or the location may be re-shopped by another shopper.
Did you write down the confirmation number you received when the shop was submitted? Send that to your scheduler.

There have been times when a shopper has hit the save button and not the submit button. When that happens the shop goes overdue and auto-cancels. Of course, this depends on the software and system used by the ms company.
When I first started with a special company to be unnamed, I was filling out the report and thought I was fine time wise. I found out the deadline was midnight their time zone and not mine! I read and read midnight but never found EST! I emailed the scheduler from the form in the shop log and it was fine. My score was not lowered either. But, it shows even today that it was late! I literally was late by two minutes and that was because it would not upload, technical issues! I even sent a report to the tech dudes! Oh what a night.....
