I had the same situation in my old basement office--no door--and what I did was buy an expansion shower rod long enough to go wall to wall and a wide insulated drapery panel, and made a drapery door. Honestly, it looked really nice (not that anyone saw it but me--lol!) and kept out the drafty, cold air in the rest of the basement from coming into my area.
If you have an actual doorway, it's even easier to rig this up because you can use a regular expansion curtain rod.
