Use a card to pay for your gas at the pump. Buy a can of soda inside. Make sure you have both receipts. Simple shop.
The MS company is having trouble with receipts. Scan both together, resize and upload...smiling smiley

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
Make sure you have a checklist (yours or theirs) to check off all required pictures before you leave the site. Easy shop, very straight forward.
Smile and keep a positive attitude, even if they give you crap. 90% of the Exxon employees are used to us coming and will just sign off, no questions asked. About 10% can be rude eh-holes when you announce, but whatever you do, just keep smiling. It gets really easy once you get 5-6 under your belt.

Oh, and if a pump handle is bagged, be sure to get pictures of both the pump, and a close up of the handle. If they see a bagged handle in the pump picture and you don't submit a close up, they will, at the very least, flag your report for "further review".

Most important, keep a copy of the instructions with you. If they refuse your audit, you can still get paid, but the new MSC has "special" requirements that they want you to do, which honestly are a pain in the arse, and they want you to call them from the site before you leave, which is also a pain.

Good luck!

Silver Certified on the Carolina Coast. You want fries with that?
So far I have never been refused even though I thought they were going to a couple of times. My question is they want the majority of these done at night so how are you suppose to call if you are refused? If I am trying to do one at 7 or 8 and get refused, I cant call because because they leave at 6 I think.
pamala -
Leave a message when you call and then and report it as a closed location, checking "Other" in QOpenA and explaining in QOpenB. Be sure to get your required photos zoom from the street for the storefront, and PID and overall from the street as well - you should already have your receipts as proof of address at that point. Note in both of the final comments boxes that you called the MSC from the location and left a message since your call went to voicemail.
I haven't worked for the new MSP doing the audits. In the past with the other company, I could get a 16 pump station and all of the photo's required completed in 15 - 20 minutes.
Please consider that the franchises sign a contract with Exxon-Mobil that they are aware of these audits. If they refuse, they are breaking their contract. Bad things could happen.
Thanks. I will keep that in mind if I ever get refused. Most of the ones in my route I have done before so I know they won't refuse me, but I do have some to do that I have not done before.
The MSC that does these is there till 8PM Central time, which is 9PM here on the East Coast.

I would make sure I have all the required photos before I leave. I have had to go back - all my fault - because I did not get all the required photos.
