am I reading this right?

Due Date 03-03-14 (m-d-y)
Do NOT shop before 03-14-14

it's for a phone shop. Does that mean I shop on 3/14 and go back in time to fill out the form? just wondering

Just lost trying to find a fire pit in a concrete jungle wishing it was a wooded glen...

if it wasn't for bad luck, I would have no luck at all

I've seen shops like that that and I do them on the shop date and finish the survey on the due date, but that's with customer impact.

Someone did something wrong. Contact the scheduler on that one! Sometimes we do give ranges.

ie Due Date: 03-05-14
Start Date:03-01-14

That means you can shop whenever between those dates. Yours I don't have a clue.

I've seen an MSC have these instructions .... This shop must be done between October 1 and October 6. Shop cannot be done on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

I see this a lot because they didn't get the shop done on the first target date and when they extended it, they forgot to extend both dates or made a typo when they did.

I usually just email them and tell them the dates are confusing and ask what they are supposed to be. I email a lot of schedulers if I see a mistake in a posting, even if I'm not interested in the job, just to try to be helpful. The faster they realize why nobody is applying for the job the faster they can fix it and get it filled.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
