I emailed the scheduler. He/she responded and told me I have to wait 365 days after I flunked the test.

Are you talking about the small screening test before you apply for the job? 365 days sounds like a lot. Whenever I've messed up the screener, the shops appeared like maybe the next week or at the very most, the next shopping period.

Not the screening test before applying for specific shops. This is the certification test that needs to be taken for Odd Guys.

Well, hopefully others can learn from my mistake. Don't be a jerk and fly through the tests just because you've done Odd Guys [or whatever other venue] assignments before.

I failed my first one because I couldn't find the instructions and didn't order a drink.
I did great on my next two. Then, well, test failure.

How many chances do they give you on the test?
I may have taken an initial test years ago, but I am only asked to take pre-assignment screening surveys now. If you fail, you cannot accept an assignment for a month or so.
So sorry, I've eaten there once and really liked them but haven't done a shop for them yet. At 6.00 I probably won't as I rather just enjoy my meal then work for that hehe.
Floating around like a feather hoping the wind will set me down somewhere awesome.
I just went in and did the screening questions - it's not asking me to take a certification test or anything. Which is a good thing...

I had a couple of emails back and forth with the MSC. Score is reset. Time to study and get this certification!
