Ever had one of those days with everything perfect?

I shopped for 5 hours today. The only stop was to grab a bite to eat (no shop) and every single person was PERFECT. Writing reports now and I don't even know that I can express how great everyone and everything was.

And did you have minimal traffic and easily find parking places, too? Wow! Those days are once in a blue moon. Good for you! smiling smiley

Wish my day had paralleled yours, gogogirl. Instead I had a shop in a small town north of Seattle. I didn't realize how close the shop would be to the mudslide which engulfed a community and killed many. The scar on the hillside is visible for miles and is hideous.

Coming out of my shop, I saw a recovery worker filthy and crying his eyes out. I sat down next to him on the curb, reached out and held his hand and cried right along with him. I wish I hadn't signed up for that shop!
I wish I could say I had a perfect day. My shop today was going well until I had a Charlie horse and a hot flash that about knocked me over.

Oh dear. That situation in Washington is just horrific. sad smiley

I think I would've done the same as you did, though.

And maybe you were *meant* to sign up for that shop, so you could be there to offer support to that recovery worker. Maybe he really needed someone right then. {hugs}

bestofbothworlds, I was up that way myself a couple of days ago - very, very sad. My backyard is like a swamp and it's raining again!

Small town. No traffic, no parking issues. Just perfect.
I love it when days just flow like that, gogogirl. Mine was not nearly as perfect but I sure have no complaints! It was a beautiful day for a longish drive to do a very well paying bank shop, I made two nicely bonused easy shops on the way back, stopped to do a grocery shop and my sweetie got so excited about what I brought home he decided to fix dinner while I did my reports. Tonight I am on watch, checking the barn every couple of hours because a favorite goat's behavior this afternoon (as well as the sheer bulk of her hanging low) would indicate that birth of kids is very close. I'm hoping she births before I head for bed for the night.
I was having a great showhomes shop and was close to wrapping up and moving on to my next when my back gave out and the pain was intense. I could barely drive home....to find 2/3 of my family sick with a cold...

Some days you just gotta laugh to get through it.

yesterday in order to get everything done I was on an ultra
tight schedule that left zero room from error. Something that
I rarely do is give my self no wiggle room but had no choice
with the end of month/quarter very high demand for shops. I had to take 2
different flights and 5 different trains spanning the east
coast and northeast. Amazingly, everything went as carefully
planned or better.

Had my highest paying shop, highest paying day, and highest paying week this past week. MS hat trick!
Thanks, Maritz, for giving away my shops twice this week. Couldn't have taken the $300 shop on Thursday otherwise.
And you more than made up for it this weekend!
To all the awesome schedulers who helped make it happen...
Wylie - Get better soon. Very soon, please.
Judy MsScheduler - I'll never get tired of your offers or your excellent follow-up.
Tanya @ AboutFace - Thanks for answering every last one of my 7 emails! I hope I did you proud.
Richard @ Coast-to-Coast - Thanks for the help in the field! I owe you one.
Tiffanie @ MSI/TS - Call any time you need a single photo taken. Actually, please call every time.
