Hi everyone... I did a couple of Lowe's shops for the new MSC and was wondering what to put in the "Overall" comments box at the end of the report. It makes me crazy that I have to provide a narrative after each section AND overall narrative. I'm at a loss for words by the time I get to the end of the report.

I struggled with that too. It felt very repetitive.

I haven't done them with the new company. For the old company I would use that if there was anything to add about the sales interaction. If not then it was a brief blurb about the overall condition of the store. And it was very brief.

I just do a brief recap of all three scenerios. It's stupid, but I have never had any issues.

I also did a brief recap. I liked the Lowes reports much better when they were with the former msc. I'm still not used to the new msc's format, and I don't like having to submit an invoice-- the system should do that automatically.

Add anything that was not cover.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions - I appreciate it! I simply added a few comments about the shop overall and left it that. It took me a while to figure out the flow of the report and I hope I got it right. The overall narrative is annoying and unnecessary. I do not mind submitting an invoice - I'm used to doing it for this MSC. When I first started doing work for them, I kept forgetting the invoice. They called me three or four times to remind me to submit an invoice.
