How far are you willing to travel...

And I think, too, it depends whether you are in a rural areas with bonuses (and the gas costs) v. a concentrated area where one can just drive just a few short miles (or blocks) from one area to another. In concentrated areas like mine, bonuses are small and rare due to the large number of shoppers in the area. Desperation calls from schedulers are less frequent here. I guess either way, and like any business, the hourly wages have to be calculated by distance, time spent in the store, in office costs and time spent in transit and on data input.

I would travel anywhere that is paid well enough for me to make a profit. I love travelling.
You may not ever see some of the higher paying gigs on a job board.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I am one of the really weird ones who can't stand coffee. I think it tastes horrible and the smell of it makes my stomach flip. I can't go down either of the adjoining aisles in the grocery store if someone is grinding beans. We just have to do without that week. Thankfully hubby does not like it either.
I very seldom do FF but Airport shops are scheduled in groups and most often than not, they include a coffee shop or two. Since I don't drink coffee, that is one thing wasted.
