wow Intelli-shop really is on the wrong side of the mystery shoppers lately.
I can't stop laughing. I needed that one.

Hey can we grade those editors a score of 5 please.

Just lost trying to find a fire pit in a concrete jungle wishing it was a wooded glen...

if it wasn't for bad luck, I would have no luck at all

I just checked my Intellishop account and re-read some of the old comments the Intellishop editors left me and this is what I found:

"Thank you for your report. A score of 8 has been awarded. Some changes for grammar and comma usage were made in the narrative comments. Please double check the comments before submitting futur"

LOL...I think they need to take their own advice.
