Psychic mystery shop

Hi- I looked for this thread, but was unable to find it, so am starting a new one. I heard about the psychic mystery shop and decided to give it a try. I have an open mind but I think most of the people calling themselves psychic are scammers.

Tony was the liason between the company and myself. I gave him my email address for my PayPal account, and he deposited $19.99 in it so I could spend it on a psychic reading. I went to their website and browsed psychics. You can talk with them if you have a headset/mike, or just type your questions and listen to their answers, via video.

The psychic I had was completely unprofessional, in that her dogs kept barking around her to the point I told her I couldn't hear her. She did nothing and continued the "reading" anyway. She only asked and provided completely obvious questions and responses. Like when I told her, I haven't been employed in a long time, she said she saw me opening up my own business.

I was paid ten dollars thru Paypal by Tony immediately, after submitting a free-form paragraph or two about navigating the website and my experience. Fun and trouble-free, took less than half an hour. I can't remember the name of the MS, but I remember Tony had come on the forum looking for shoppers that were interested and kind of got attacked as if he was a scammer, so I promised him I'd set the record straight.

Actually Tony got a much bigger break than most others would have if they came along. He got his knickers in a knot whenever anyone tried to explain anything to him. He also got what he wanted so there isn't much reason to feel sorry for him.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Hey Kona Kathie, I am skeptical about most things...but this one...one of my friends is always looking for some easy way to make money. A few years ago she decided she would set up a psychic hotline. All she needed to do was pay the fee to the company sponsoring her and set herself up in business. She could hire people to answer phones for her and she would get a cut or she could have a smaller business and just do it herself. Just to be clear, she has no experience whatsover and has never had an inclination or any interest in this field. In fact she laughed over the fact that a friend had wasted her money to go to a psychic a couple of years ago.
I am not saying there are no true psychics out there but there certainly are none answering the business ad for the company selling franchises that she contacted.
I did that shop exactly once. As per instructions I used some of the money to pay a reader and they talked very slowly and were obviously looking at their timer so they gave nothing of any merit at all in that amount of time and after that point you'd have to kick in your own money. The "free" part was watching these readers 1. groove to their favorite songs blasting 2. make rude bodily noises loud enough to wake the dead 3. tell you that "you need to go to private chat" ---the kind that costs money. I'm a medium, and so that my time wasn't wasted entirely I ended up giving their "psychic" a reading and he nearly wet his pants. Served him right

I could agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
I did the psychic shop about a month ago, and Lady Peacock, a medium, communicated with one of my deceased friends. She was so right on about some of what I was asking her to find out, that it was frightening. I don't want to go into it (it hurts too bad), but the first thing she told me was one of the last things I said to him, and how he reacted to what I was trying to say. There are real psychics, and there are inposters. I am sure she's the real thing. I did not lead her. She was accurate; I would say 90% of the time, during the 6 minutes. Almost no one is 100%. This is my input, Anne

I don't know how to PM but I guess I could learn. If you PM me I will give you the info on a psychic medium and Reiki Master who has helped me more than any counseling, or theories, or self-help techniques, or other people's opinions of what I need. She works with me at a distance, over the phone. The Best to all of you! Anne
I'd think a good psychic would know you were a MS ;-)

This reminds me of the Psychic who went out of business..."due to unforeseen circumstances."
