Anyone From Tallahassee FL?

I have some shops that I posted on the job board, but I don't think everyone checks it.

Folks check the boards Pete. I am in Florida and check every one that indicates FL and some that just mention the type of shop if that type of shop is interesting. But I'm not in or near Tallahassee. What it does look like, however, is that shops that shoppers didn't want to take off the job board for the price, didn't want to take off the endless emails for the price and have no intention of performing for the price, end up on the job board at that same price. If the price is right it generally did not need to make it to the job boards, it got snagged on the website or through the emails. In my area there are lots and lots of shoppers so shops don't linger long enough to make it to the job board here.

I only see one post from KSSPete recently on the
board. It is for oil change shops which are generally
not easy to fill to begin with. Combine that with
the location of Tallahassee which has a relatively
small shopper pool to begin with, and without an
appropiate bonus it will make it more difficult
to fill.
