How are those MFI “Retail” jobs?

They call them retail, but they are obviously Cell Phone Stores. Now I see that they are going up in fees.

I dimly remember somebody on here wondering what they were getting into by taking one. That was a while back though. I believe there were lots of pages to form or something like that. How about an update on how much hassle these are?

I personally won’t take the locations that I audit on a regular basis. But there are a few around here that don’t come up on those audit circuits. I might take one or two if they are not too onerous.

In the meantime, they are at twice the base rate here as of today. Can you tell me why nobody is taking them?

Nobody's taking them because, like me, they have "the bundle", which disqualifies you.

Um, can't say what it's called, since the MSC was already mentioned.

Let's See. It's not about the difficulty of the job after all.

It's about something that the client company has which may disqualify the shopper from doing the job, if the shopper already uses the client company. Is that right?

I hope that made sense. smiling smiley

I can't take them for that reason. Too bad they won't allow me to use my friend's name and address.

Thanks! That would make it hard for some of us to get the job.

I still can't help wonder which part of the job was frustrating to the poster who wrote about here. I don't even remember who it was and I don't know the search criteria to use.

I'd like to here about things like how many pages of guidelines you must study and if the scenario they want you to use is lame. Maybe somebody just say, "It's not so bad" or "I wouldn't do it again". I'd be happy with, "It's a little more than a cell phone job. But, it's doable."

If the poster who wrote about this before would bring us an update, I'd surely appreciate it. smiling smiley

I think that the Market Force "retail" is, at least in my area, a clothes store chain. Anyhow, it's for junior sized females.
I signed up yesterday for retail -cell phone for $25 and it is the standard smartphone that 3 other MSCs do. I passed the qualification quiz just from the prior knowledge I had from the other MSCs that do it. I do not understand why the client spreads it around like that because it is the same model, same scenario of what phone you want to replace, etc. I do not know what the bundle is because I have not seen it. Retail can be anything depending on the geographical area where you are. They have luxury shoes, boots, handbags, kids store, electronics shop, house linens, etc.
