I think the hard deadline is for the $5000 grand prize sweepstakes. Sweepstakes laws are tough and if the deadline was the 31st, it just means the the person had to enter (either online or via station shop) by that date. That was the reason for the major deadline. Now, Shell can take months to determine a winner and all the names and addresses will have to be entered into the sweepstakes data base so it will take time.

Did four of these at ten bucks when they came out Then recently they were going for fifty and sixty bucks at the end of the month took four of them I now know to wait and not jump at the first notice

Do ya'll think we will be paid this month for Sunoco shops completed by the 31st of August? Only 2 of mine, out of 5 have been graded. . . . just wondering . . . . Thanks for any input!

All of mine have now been graded, but it doesn't currently -look- like they are planning to ciiunt them as August shops, even though they (barely) were.

They even are paying me for one when the gas station was closed on the the 31st. A Sunday. The final day of the contest. I took the overall pic and a pic of the closed sign, geoverfied I was there for 15 minutes and made $60.

Got paid today ... very pleasant surprise. With the shops being done the last two days of August, I really figured they would bump them back a month!

Just got paid, including payment for my non-existent location. Nice little $5 bonus on both of my ghetto ones. I think they felt sorry for me, LOL!!

Lucky you. I didn't get paid for the location I visited that was closed which also happened to be on my BIRTHDAY.
