Whatabout Whataburger?

Did I read that they aren't being shopped anymore? I sure don't see them with the MS company that used to do them. I miss my burgers...has any other company picked them up? If so, I'll start looking.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would say if they are not being shopped anymore, it could be because the MS'ing didn't improve their customer service. After about 6 months of saying "never again" I decided to give them another chance. I order 2 burgers form the drive thru. Both bugers were wrong and the cashier shoved the sack through the window without any closing comment at all.

I have not seen them shopped for a couple of years and I used to do them regularly. The MS company that had them is still in business, I think, but Whataburger was just about their only client. They were certainly their only client of any substance.

Seems like I vaguely remember hearing a couple months back that "these will be the last shops for awhile." I don't know if "awhile" meant "forever" or "for a few months."

I love Whataburger but didn't like the shops all that much since at least some of the time I couldn't order what I liked. And I hated their job board with a passion since I had to check every city individually instead of being able to search a radius from a zip code. (The Phoenix metro area probably has ten different cities to check within a 20 mile radius) So I rarely took the time to check them at all. A couple times they assigned me a job automatically.

Time to build a bigger bridge.

The company decided not to be shopped except in limited locations (noe in my state). The company sent out an email ntifying shoppers a few months ago.

That must be where I read it AustinMom. So no Texas shops? Boo.

I agree about their website & job board dspeakes! But I really liked the company and the schedulers. I hope they find some more clients.
