LOL

I just got an email... regular shop, call required. Visit the store ask about a certain product, get a quote for upload.

They also advertise that there is no up front cost to the shopper.

Here's the funny part.

You are required to by $55 worth of access card passes and mail them to the address provided. You will be reimbursed the $55 plus postage.

1. Doesn't really seem that they have anything to do with the shop and is a way to get us to do an errand for them. (That's funny and inventive)

2. How is that not an upfront cost to me. It's $55 plus the postage?

Sounds like a scam. You mail something and never see your return again smiling smiley

Do you trust the MSC?
Got the email and looked at the assignment. Let me clarify the shop. You make a call to the store 4 hours before you go to the store. You ask for price on a product but don't buy just say you are checking prices. They want to see if the associate tries to turn it into a sale. Then 4 hours or more later you go to the store do some general observations buy two required items on account which they provide you with before so you pay nothing it is going on the msp company account or clients account not sure which. Then you mail the items to the msp and they reimburse you for shipping plus pay you $25.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
That is not the one that I got. The one I got clearly stated that you were to purchase $55 worth of these cards, there was also no returning to the store with the email I got.

There was another location that you do purchase on acct. as you stated.

Maybe it was just a computer glitch...

And don't get me wrong. I took 2 of the shops smiling smiley

They are on my way to other scheduled shops and it seems easy enough.

One is you buy the cards, one is charge the cards on acct.

Maybe it is a glitch and I always read the guidelines and print to PDF before I do the shop... just to be safe. Maybe it will change.
