Disputes With MSC Schedulers

I feel we are at the mercy of MSC schedulers when a dispute occurs. They write up citations and post cryptic "flake" notes shoppers' profiles. It's not even an "agree to disagree" settling. They are always right.

sharpist, if you could provide more details, which describe your specific experiences on this topic, it would be helpful and, perhaps, the forum could be helpful to you. smiling smiley

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
Unless the scheduler is also the editor, arguing with them wouldn't do any good. Most of the time there's two to three different sections - Schedulers, Editors, and QC / Quality Control. If you have a dispute, it's a good idea to first ask who should be contacted to reverse the descision that was made, assuming it ended in non-payment.
