Server Failure During Report

I just completed a lengthy report and attempted to save my form before adding in photos. I got an error that said, "503 Service Unavailable. No server available to handle your request." I couldn't even save my work. I did manage to copy all the narrative into a Word document before I all went to Hades but now I have to spend another 20 minutes doing the checklist again because the MSCs server went down. I can surf to any other site, so its not me. What would you do?

Same thing I have always had to do in the past . . . try, try again. Good thinking to save your narrative in Word so all is not lost. Usually I prepare the narratives in Word for 'iffy' sites without even having the report open. Then once I'm ready to slap in the narratives I can have the report open as little time as possible and therefore with minimal vulnerability.
Thank goodness you managed to save everything. When I first started, I lost an entire EPMS report. Ever since then, I do everything in word and then cut and paste. Sorry you got stuck re-inputting everything though.
Over the last few weeks, I have found Explorer to be more vulnerable to server glitches than Firefox.
Uggg...frustrating. I agree, you just have to fill it out again. I was doing my reports last week and had one finished and went to click on the spell check before I saved the report and I knocked my mouse off the desk and it closed my window on the landing...I had to start all over again!!
I save several times while entering the checklist. Then I create the narrative in WORD and cut and paste it into the report. Save once more, then add photos and submit. Save early;save often!
