Circle K Audits

Has anyone done any of the Circle K Audits and if so how are they? How long do they take to do onsite and for the report?

OMG ~ they *are* still out there! I used to *love* doing these, but then they apparently switched MSCs a couple of years ago and I haven't found them with the new one. I admit I haven't looked *super* hard, but I did and do really miss those shops.

The first ones took a bit longer than they eventually did, much like any shop/audit does. the first couple I spent 30 to 40 minutes... later I cut that literally in half. Reports are also easy, at least they were with the previous MSC.

Of course, I don't know if these are *exactly* the same ones I did... maybe they have re-worked the program from when I did them a couple years ago.

Do you still have to buy a hot dog to taste test? I'd take my Dad along on routes and he loved 'em. smiling smiley

Ahh, so you're the people who used to drive me bonkers! (I've been turned down for rehire because I left the company once. I don't much care about naming the place anymore.) Ohhhh, the stories I could tell about unbalanced cash drawers . . .
The audits takes 15-20 minutes. They're easy.

If it's the one I do, evaluate the store, purchase, go over evaluation with employee, take station pic...20 minutes max...easy.
different msc's have them in different regions and the reports
are different in different regions.

well after completed the hour long training for the food audits and speaking to the guy it seems like the shops will take 30 minutes tops and maybe 10 minutes on the report. At $50 per shop may I please do them everyday. At least they are done either monthly or quarterly and they will become a regular route for me. It be a nice $600 every month or every 3 months for a day or twos work.

Now that I have completed the shops I will give an update.

The in stock audits take 45 minutes to do and 15 minutes to enter report. I can see shaving off 15 minutes after doing several.
The food audits take 50 minutes to do and 20 minutes to enter report. I feel the most you could shave off is 10 minutes after doing a lot of them.

It has never taken me more than 20 minutes to be in store for the food audit and 10 minutes for the report. I wonder if you're working with a different msc.

Woah. My circle K audits only require a small food or drink purchase and a lottery ticket. Super easy.

Those are the Circle K mystery shops. The audits are more in depth and involve a LOA for one and going in the back room checking stuff on the food audit.
