The SeaShore shops are scheduled to be released (according to Team 2) around the 15th.
As to the lengthy (and getting longer) audit form required, I have condensed the report onto a single sheet of paper printed front and back using the smallest margins possible in Word. If anyone needs it, send me a PM with your email address and I will forward it to you. I update it every quarter so another update will be required for Qtr3 this year.
I am having problems doing advanced (and now) simple searches. I have been getting a database error for the past two months whenever I try to perform an advanced search. I sent them an Email asking that it be forwarded to their IT department about a week ago. As of yesterday, I can now no longer do a simple search (Find New Shops) without getting a server timeout message or a 500 data error.
Does anyone have a direct phone extension or specific email address for their IT department? I need to see what is going on. Maritz is my single biggest MSC but if I can't do even a simple search, I am DIW and will probably be forced to drop them (and mystery shopping as a whole) if I can't get this resolved ASAP.
