New Aeropostale reports

Has anyone done an Aeropostale shop recently? I've done many, but this is the first time I've done one since last year. I hate the new reports! They used to be simple yes/no questions with one short overall narrative. Now they are all open ended questions, with 250-500 characters required on each.

I did a bonused one in June that had the old form. Based on that easy form, I picked up one that is reimbursement only since my teen loves their clothes for later in the month. Just checked and it is the new form. I feel like that is bait and switch, I probably wouldn't have picked it up for reimbursement only based on the new form, the old one took 10 minutes tops to fill in.
I did one last week. Don't be scared off. The report format is different. Still not a hard report, but text boxes instead of structured questions. Each text box does require between 250 and 500 characters. The report still only took me about 10 minutes. This post is more than 250 characters and took me less than a minute to write - 5 posts like this one and you've got the report written.

But what do we need to note about the fitting room? I wrote that it was clean, the mirrors were smudge-free, the door locked and there was no misc. items in it. 250 characters for the fitting room is a bit much, IMO.
What are the reimbursements up to? I haven't done one since last year.

Wow that's enough right there to make me not want to do this shop! What if the room was clean? I hate having to add extra fluff to something that should only be two sentences if it was fine.

I've done two so far. It wasn't too bad, but then I'm used to writing long hotel reports.

I had no idea what they wanted in the "styling" section. My reponse must've been good enough since its been approved with the usual rating.
I was confused about the styling section as well. I thought it was strange to change the form, yet not let the shopper know exactly what they wanted. Typical...
I agree it's a different report and it took me by surprise too. I haven't done one in months so I brought up the form to check it before I went and I thought there must be more to it. Then I came home and brought up the report to input and realized that was it. Odd also that there was no real direction on what they wanted. That said, it took me no time to write it up. 250 characters is nothing...Start the sentence with I walked into the fitting room...and then just describe it (clean, bright, well maintained, in good repair, door locks, mirror attached, etc)...it practically writes itself.

As far as styling with I went the style of the store, mannequins, displays and employees.

All ready been paid so whatever I did was right...or at least ok.

I went through the tutorial as I took 4 shops. The environment section is the "feel" and the style is the "look."

I had three of these shops scheduled for this month and just received an email that all three are cancelled, with no explanation. Anyone else?

Yes, I did one a few weeks ago and had one scheduled for next weekend and it was cancelled this morning.

Haven't snagged one of these in months. My daughters still like them but now they look for stuff that don't have the brand advertised on the garment, LOL.

Well, I was just checking the job boards and even though I had the email that said my shop has been cancelled -- it still appears in my jobs list...hmmm. Hope this gets figured out without much of a hassle.

I also received the cancellation notice for another one I have this week. However, it still appears in my jobs. It also appears on the board for a backup, and in emails. Perhaps it was just a glitch?
Same here - got a notice it was cancelled, but still shows on my job list and available for backup on the job board. Weird.
Me, too. All 3 are still on my job board and one of them is scheduled for tomorrow. Don't supposed I'll be doing the shop, though.
I had the same thing and called them yesterday. I was told it was an error and to complete the shops on my log. I also got a reply three days after I e-mailed them with the same information stating to complete the shops and to disregard the cancel e-mail. They have been a mess since the 'merge'.
I sent an email and got the following response:

Hello,
This job is not cancelled, this was an error in our system, and is now fixed. You can still complete this shop as you normally would.
