You forgot to add the next sentence in the instructions. I don't have a shop coming up so I can't get a copy of the guidelines, but the next sentence says something about if you find something wrong with your order after you sit back down, go back to the counter to have it corrected. I follow that part of the instructions instead of the first part. Checking your order at the counter just screams mystery shopper. I've never seen anyone do that. Even the to go customers walk to a table to check their order.

NOTE: I'm not on the forum every day. If someone comments on my post, I might not reply right away. I've been a shopper since 1991. I've never done any work for a MS company in any other capacity.

Gee the only time I had a problem (hair in my hot dog) they gave me a gift card for Five Guys. I reported that in the shop form and nothing was ever said about that, so I gave the card to my parents so they could go get lunch.
I like most of the Five Guys in my area except for one that is 14 miles from my house. I won't do that one unless there is a big bonus on it because they keep their rock music at 87 - 97 Db and you can't hear anyone talking to you in the place. I have mentioned it every time and reported it every time but they never do anything I even reported once I was standing at the counter when they called my number and I did not hear them over the music.

Plan the work. Work the plan.
LOL. Taradawner, we're not allowed to give hints. You need to find them on your own. BBird gave you the best hint anyone can give here.
