this takes the cake!

I got an email from a scheduler about an urgent shop that needed to be completed TODAY
The email went out at 7:34 PM and the shop hours were between 4 PM and 8 PM,

Too bad it is a 30 minute drive from me.

I was called about one today. They shouldn't have waited until 3:00 to ask. They would have given me a bonus, but not what I wanted, which was appropriately outrageous considering the distance and traffic I would have had to go through.

If I'm not mistaken, is that the shop that you have to be in the store for 30 minutes but you can only shop until 8? That's impossible at 7:34, isn't it?

The hours sound like Little Caesar's. I know which MSC this is, too, but that I can't say because I just named the client...

I'll just say you aren't the only one. I'm just not in the mood to do these shops and the schedulers have been blowing up my phone and email trying to get me to do one. To their credit, at least they are trying to bonus these to a level consistent with the
"urgency" they need to be done.

SandiAigo--I'm not sure about the specifics about the shop directions as I have not done one of these types of shops.

Oh, yes, Little Caesar's, too...I was thinking of the grocery shop by a different company.
They were on an absolute deadline today. Maybe they should have just bit the bullet and
given me the bonus!

Kattyk--I've done tons. It's a 30 minute minimum in store (which is easier than it seems because
by the time you find someone to help you.....). I wonder if they got the one "near" me done!
